General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company SAUJET Laure, France, Carole whose head office is located at 105 bis avenue Alsace Lorraine, Noisy-Le-Sec, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Bobigny under the number 844 952 010 hereinafter referred to as “Comme un diadème” and managing the website www.commeundiademe.com and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.commeundiademe.com hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. Subject

Article 4. Order and payment terms

Article 5. Retention of title

Article 6. Retractation
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return by Colissimo. The topper must be returned in the same condition it was sent. The exchange or refund will only be made if the product has not been washed, curled, cut, heat-styled, dyed or damaged.
