However, you are not alone in your purchase and can receive advice on color, base size, and length based on your photos by sending them through the support form. After ordering the hair topper, you can try it at home and return it if it does not suit you, respecting the 14-day withdrawal period.

We use Brazilian Remy human hair. The term “Remy” means that the hair and the cuticles of each strand are aligned in the same direction on the hair topper.
Unlike non-Remy hair, which is assembled randomly, this hair is less likely to tangle and become damaged easily.
You should choose the base size of the hair topper based on the extent of your alopecia and the hair density you wish to achieve. Indeed, it is preferable that the clips are not attached in the alopecia area where the scalp can be quite sensitive. Additionally, extensive alopecia will require a significant hair density to compensate for the low initial density.
We recommend base sizes of 7 x 7" or 8 x 8" for extensive alopecia. These bases will provide real coverage, density, and comfort of use. Larger base sizes are available for very significant alopecia.
Smaller bases (6×6) provide slightly less density. However, they make it easier to tie your hair up in a high ponytail.

We offer hair toppers with a density of 120 to 130%. This density is considered standard among international brands.
The hair is straight. Unless it is indicated in the title of the product sheet and in the description that the model is naturally wavy or curly.
The lifespan of a hair topper will partly depend on how well it is cared for. The typical lifespan is between one and two years. To extend the lifespan of your hair topper, it should not be washed too frequently.
The hair topper should be brushed carefully after being worn. It is practical to place it on a wig stand. This way, the hair does not get a bad crease before the next use.
Hair should not be washed too frequently. Maintenance every 4 weeks or more is a good rhythm. You should close the clips before washing the hair and detangle the hair before and after washing. You can use a gentle shampoo for colored hair followed by a conditioner. The “Orchid oil” shampoo and “Brazilian keratin” conditioner have proven effective!

In case of dry ends, we recommend adding a bit of argan oil to hydrate the hair fiber.
Natural hair can be heated, straightened, and curled without any problem. However, as with your own hair, it should not be overdone to avoid damaging the hair fiber.

Hair used in hair toppers has generally undergone complex lightening and coloring processes before reaching its final color.
This hair has therefore been processed. It may react unexpectedly to coloring or lightening. It is generally possible to darken a hair topper. However, lightening it is not recommended, as this could damage the hair. So, if you are unsure between two shades when choosing a hair color, it is best to choose the lighter shade.

However, an uncut piece needs to be customized to make it a perfect match for you. So, if the color, length, and base size work for you, we recommend having the hair topper cut by a hairstylist so it can blend completely naturally with your own hair.
